Zotek®
Insul-Fab distributes Zotek® high-performance specialty foams from Zotefoams — a global leader in cellular materials engineered through a unique nitrogen expansion process that produces exceptionally pure, consistent closed-cell foam with no chemical blowing agent residues. The Zotek line includes two distinct product families suited to demanding thermal, acoustic, and structural applications: Zotek F, a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) foam engineered for aviation and aerospace applications requiring FAA-compliant flammability performance, and Zotek N, a cross-linked polyamide (Nylon PA6) foam offering outstanding heat resistance for high-temperature industrial and automotive uses.
Both Zotek families are thermoformable into complex shapes and are available in multiple densities to meet specific performance requirements. Insul-Fab converts Zotek materials to customer specifications using die cutting, roll slitting, thermoforming, and custom fabrication capabilities.
