K41-P is a closed-cell NBR/PVC foam that offers a broader service temperature range and thicker profiles than typical closed-cell gasketing foams, making it well suited to gap-filling and vibration-damping applications.

DETAILS
K41-P is a closed-cell NBR/PVC foam (ASTM D1056 2B1) engineered for applications that require both a soft gasketing feel and a broader operating temperature range than typical closed-cell foams. Available in thicknesses up to 2", it's often specified where a thicker cross-section is needed for gap-filling or vibration damping. K41-P carries an ASTM E84 25/50 flame spread rating up to 2" thickness along with UL 94 flammability listings and GM, Chrysler, and Ford automotive material approvals. Insul-Fab fabricates K41-P into custom die-cut parts, sheets, and continuous roll stock.
