K41-N is a soft, closed-cell NBR/PVC/CR foam blend that pairs flexible, conforming gasketing performance with higher tensile and tear strength than standard NBR/PVC foams.

K41-N is a soft, closed-cell NBR/PVC/CR foam (ASTM D1056 2B1) designed for gasketing applications that call for both flexibility and durability. Its neoprene-enhanced blend improves tear and tensile strength over standard NBR/PVC foams while maintaining the gentle compression resistance needed for a consistent seal on uneven or delicate surfaces. K41-N is UL 94 flame-rated and holds GM, Chrysler, and Ford automotive material approvals, making it a common choice for automotive, industrial, and enclosure gasketing. Insul-Fab fabricates K41-N into die-cut gaskets, sheets, and roll stock to spec.
