INTRO
AZOTE® is a lightweight, low-odor, crosslinked polyolefin foam manufactured by Zotefoams using a unique nitrogen-expansion process that produces a fine, uniform, closed-cell structure. Insul-Fab converts AZOTE into custom die-cut parts, sheets, and roll stock for cushioning, insulation, and protective packaging applications.

DETAILS
AZOTE is a crosslinked polyolefin block foam produced through a three-stage manufacturing process using temperature, pressure, and nitrogen to create a closed-cell structure with strong mechanical, thermal, and acoustic performance. Its light weight, water and chemical resistance, and impact absorption make it a common choice for protective packaging, insulation, and cushioning applications where durability and consistency matter. Insul-Fab fabricates AZOTE into die-cut parts, sheets, and roll stock to specification.
