We have a clear understanding and appreciation for the design, qualification, procurement, and logistics aspects of these markets and have systems in place to accommodate them. For design and development assistance, we offer rapid prototyping and materials research. Our qualification process can accommodate SPC and PPAP requirements with process flow diagrams, material certifications, independent testing, and complete inspection capability. The extension of our quality system to include certification to AS9100B was a direct response to our growing involvement in the aerospace marketplace. To support procurement and logistics considerations, we offer stocking services with JIT delivery, either at our facility or a 3PL near our customers.

Many of our products are used in and around the cab, cabin, or cockpit area for occupant comfort and safety. Additionally, we have products for the engine area and periphery. Examples include:

• Gaskets and Seals - Solid and closed cell foam such as neoprene, EPDM, silicone, and blends, incorporating adhesive for attachment, if needed.
• Sound Dampening and Sealing Foam - Product 680-1468 - A closed-cell, vinyl/nitrile blend foam which meets the requirements of BMS 8-283, including FAA Vertical Burn test FAR 25.853a. It is available in sheets or rolls in a wide range of widths and thickness, either with or without adhesive.
• Cushions - Head pads and other cushions with fabric or latex covering a sponge core with metal or wood backing and fasteners for attachment.
• Panels - Color matched plastic, commonly ABS or TPO, thermoformed and CNC cut for cabin interiors, covers, air vents, etc.
• Metal Parts - Machined metal parts made from extrusion, forging, plate, and billet. Stampings from single stage or progressive dies. Fully finished with paint or plating. Examples include hinges and brackets.
• Insulation - For thermal and acoustical applications. Foam, fiberglass, and synthetic fiber parts that may be used independently, or utilized in panels mentioned above.
• Fire Wall Barrier - Thin high temperature fiberglass mat with a reflective aluminum surface and strong adhesive backing - For thermal insulation on the engine side of the firewall or other cab surfaces.
• Mud Flaps and Debris Shields - Made from solid elastomers with fiber reinforcement.
• Acoustic Foam - Open cell sponge with or without facing for durability, cosmetics, or clean-ability. Pressure sensitive on the back for attachment.
• Adhesives - VHB and other types of foam tape for attachment.
• Fasteners - Plastic trees, canoe clips, etc for panel attachment.
