Insul-Fab Waterjet Cutting Services offer some of the most versatile capabilities in the North Texas area.  Many different materials can be water-jet cut on one of our 3 different machines in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as well as in Tyler, TX.  Our machines are dedicated to cutting purely with water (no abrasives) and the various equipment formats we have provide the most efficient option for cutting large volume roll goods on a conveyor as well precision sheet goods on a fixed table.

Insul-Fab Water Jet Cutting uses a high pressure water stream approximately .020" thick that quickly and efficiently cuts through materials several inches thick.  We have the option of doubling the output by using 2 cutting heads simultaneously.  Insul-Fab's flagship Flow Waterjet has the capability of cutting parts or part arrays up to 60" x 120" in size.

The 2 dimensional cutting program is controlled by CNC interface and customers can provide us with DXF type files via e-mail or our FTP site.  Alternatively, we can create programs for our customers using prints or reverse engineering dimensions of parts to be replicated.  The benefits of cutting with waterjet include:
