Our CO2 laser cutting system at our Dallas / Ft Worth facility was designed for the precise and efficient cutting of plastic films and sheets up to 1/4" thick, including Formex, polycarbonate, acrylic, Delrin, and more. It also cuts leather, fabrics, thin foam, adhesives, wood. The focused beam system on a CNC controlled head cuts to any 2D program or array for easy programming and optimal nesting and best material yield. The table size easily accommodates a 4' x 8' sheet of material.
