Adhesive Coating

Insul-Fab has the capability to custom coat pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) for lamination to foam, sponge rubber, plastic films, foils, and other materials.  Both single coated transfer type and double coated PSA's are available.  Many of these products are used internally for vertically integrated fabrication of foam tapes, gaskets, seal strips, and foam insulation.

Products coated are both acrylic and rubber based aqueous emulsion type and environmentally friendly. Free film or double coated products are possible with a combination of thicknesses, liners, carriers, and widths.  We even make a variation with hard-to-find backslit liner.

We also offer these products to the fabrication market under the brand name Concote Coated Products.  Value oriented Concote pressure sensitive adhesives are best suited for indoor applications or anywhere mechanical attachment reinforces the bond.  They compliment excellent products from suppliers such as 3M for more demanding applications.  All Concote Adhesives are RoHS compliant.
