CNC Machined Plastics

To compliment our wide variety of fabrication options, Insul-Fab offers CNC Routing and CNC Machining of plastics with equipment in both of our North Texas facilities.

Machined Plastic Parts by Insul-FabCNC Routing of Sheet and Formed Parts

Efficient CNC routing of sheet stock can be performed on our multi-head equipment with a maximum sheet size of 4' x 8'.  More complex trimming of thermoformed plastics is possible on our state-of-the-art 5 axis C.R. Onsrud router with a maximum cutting area of 5' x 8' x 29".

CNC Machining

Precision CNC machined parts are best fabricated on our multiple vertical machining centers that allow for z axis control, tight tolerances, and precision details.

Secondary processes we offer include heat bending, cold forming, printing, embossing, part marking, and assembly.  With virtually every plastics conversion capability on our floor, InsulFab plastics fabrication options are the most complete in the marketplace.  Whether an application is best suited for CNC Machining, CNC Routing, Die Cutting, Water Jet Cutting, or Laser Cutting, Insul-Fab offers it all!
