EMI Shielding Foil Laminates

INSUL-FAB's Electro-Mechanical Product Line includes many solutions for EMC problems. Among them, EMI Laminates made from aluminum, copper, and tinned copper foils and insulating substrates, such as Formex GK, Lexan, and Valox, have been a valuable solution to EMC engineers for over 20 years. We can incorporate important design features, such as grounding locations, recessed foil, conductive and non-conductive adhesive, flame retardant materials (UL 94 V-0), and high temperature materials.

Insul-Fab can provide sample kits of our most popular materials for field testing, or work with the engineer to help design and prototype the right part for the application. All solutions are custom fabricated using low cost steel rule die tooling and laser cutting.

All of our EMI Laminate materials are RoHS and WEEE Compliant.

Conductive Foam EMI Gaskets

Insul-Fab also offers our CF2 Series Conductive Foam Gaskets for EMI solutions. 

Our conductive polyester foam with nickel copper coated fabric surfaces provides X, Y, and Z axis conductivity for I/O connections, backplane conductivity, and general non-environmental EMI gasketing needs.

Our gaskets are available in 3 different thicknesses (1.5mm, 2.2mm, 3.4mm) and carry a UL 94 V-1 flamability rating.  Designs can also incorporate conductive and non conductive adhesive for attachment and grounding.

Best of all, Insul-Fab offers CF2 series gaskets for significantly less than many other EMC product solutions suppliers.
