Being a custom manufacturer and distributor, we utilize many different performance materials from the best suppliers in the industry. We also manufacture numerous materials and combinations ourselves. The options we offer include:

Plastics

Polypropylene, PVC, ABS, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Nylon, PVC, Styrene (HIPS), PET, and others in film, sheet, and rod form. ITW Formex authorized fabricator and distributor.

Fiberglass Insulation

Equipment grade light density materials from Johns Manville and Lydall Manning with mat, paper, foil and film facings. Also heavy density board products for acoustics applications.

Foam and Sponge

Open and closed cell materials used for gasketing, cushioning, insulation, sealing, etc. Materials include Neoprene and blends, EVA, Polyethylene, Polyester, Polyurethane, Vinyl Nitrile, EPDM, silicone, and more. Mostly flame retardant or flame rated varieties.

Solid Elastomers

EPDM, Silicone, SBR, NBR, etc with and without reinforcement.

EMI Shielding Materials

Foil Laminates, Conductive Gasketing, Wire Mesh, Conductive and Statically Dissipative Foam

Thermal Interface Media

For heat conduction with electrical isolation in electronics. Thin film and gap filling varieties.

Adhesives

Acrylic and rubber pressure sensitive laminating adhesives; double coated and free-film. Also liquid, solvent, and caulk form for some applications. Commonly 3M, Adchem, and our own Concote Coated Products brand.

Acoustic and Vibration Materials

Open cell acoustic foams with specialty facings, decoupling layers, and adhesive for installation. Also unique vibration dampening materials for sheet metal.

Metals

Carbon and Alloy Steel, Aluminum, and Copper. Sheet, coil, plate, billet, extrusions, and even forgings.
