To address these problems, we offer the following products to the HVAC equipment marketplace:
- Fiberglass Insulation - Performance engineered thermal insulation of sheet metal in equipment to prevent heat loss and condensation.
- Foam Insulation - Durable thermal insulation made from NBR/PVC foam rubber and polyethylene for formed or wrapped applications or where fiberglass is not desirable in HVAC equipment.
- Compressor Enclosures - Noise reducing enclosures to wrap A/C compressors can be designed to pinpoint specific problem frequencies.
- Gaskets and Seals - Closed cell foam such as neoprene, PVC, EPDM, silicone incorporating adhesive for attachment. Cut shapes for gasketing and sheet metal penetration sealing.
- Electrical Insulation - High dielectric strength thin materials in roll and sheet form, cut to fit applications for regulatory compliance and safety.
- Foam Tapes - Polyester, PVC, NBR/PVC, and neoprene blend closed cell tapes for sealing sheet metal panels during construction.
- Foil Tapes - Aluminum foil tapes used for taping edges or sealing sheet metal assemblies
Insul-Fab can provide rapid prototypes for design and development, as well as design ideas for cost effective material selection and manufacturing. Once in production, we can design our manufacturing process for small or large runs. Many products lend themselves well to JIT manufacturing and frequent replenishment delivery to regional customers.
