Insul-Fab a Top Supplier Among Customers' Supply Base

Recent survey results indicate Insul-Fab ranks better than 87% of our Customer Supply Base.

In an ongoing effort towards continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, Insul-Fab, Division of Concote Corporation routinely surveys its customers to receive feedback on our performance.  One question of the survey asks for our customers comparison of our performance to their average vendor.  87% of the respondents ranked our performance "better than" their average supplier and thee remaining 13% ranked us "the same".  For the second year in a row, 0% of the respondents ranked Insul-Fab "worse than" their average supplier.

"The results are welcome news for our team which operates daily with the customers' needs in mind, first and foremost", said Andy Webb, President.  "We're not perfect, but we strive to be one of the most reliable vendors a company can have.  That success is what brings longevity and business growth through word-of-mouth and increased opportunities with existing customers."

The customer satisfaction survey collects data from a random sampling of our customer base and supplements our objective evidence of on-time and product quality performance characteristics. All 3 of these metrics directly support the 3 objectives of our ISO certified quality system.
